So I've decided I'm going to pursue working in Europe for the next few however many years! I was at Life Group (aka Bible Study) on Thursday night and I was talking a/b how I wasn't returning to RIA and that I just wanted to stay in this part of Europe. The tears started to flow and wouldn't stop and I felt like an idiot but I'm so thankful that the people in my Life Group are so supportive! I haven't ever mourned leaving a place like I have here and so until I'm told otherwise, I'm just going to try to pursue whatever avenue it takes to stay here.
Last night Jo and Vanessa came over to me and Anne's and we watched Hairspray. I am now adding that to my top ten favorite movies list. It is such a great movie and the musical numbers were incredible. I started getting nostalgic and went on iTunes to find some Broadway songs that I used to listen to years ago. I have been in Broadway mode since and am now yearning to go to London and see a show!
Tomorrow is our day off and Anne & I plan on planting ourselves in front of the television and watching season 6 of Gilmore Girls for the day. Anne is sick w/whatever was going around school and so it will do her good to rest.
Weather-wise it's 47 degrees right now and supposedly snowing in Weil tomorrow. I'll believe it when I see it since that's been the weather report for the last week. I'm really hoping we can make it til March or April w/o snow and just let spring begin!!!
I'll close for now. I hope everyone has a great time tonight at their Super Bowl parties!!
